Customer Relations Executive
Location: Colombo
Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationship through excellent customer service
- Ensure that client’s requests are attended to
- Address client’s business needs and advise to profitable processes
- Handle and manage clients’ social media and websites
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner and provide information
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in Customer Service/ Marketing / Administration
- Knowledge in WordPress (basic) would be an added qualification
