Customer Relations Executive

Location: Colombo

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong customer relationship through excellent customer service
  • Ensure that client’s requests are attended to
  • Address client’s business needs and advise to profitable processes
  • Handle and manage clients’ social media and websites
  • Answer phone calls in a professional manner and provide information

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in Customer Service/ Marketing / Administration
  • Knowledge in WordPress (basic) would be an added qualification
