Senior Executive – Quality Assurance
Your new role
- Evaluating transactional quality and communicating to the team/ Supporting for internal audits (e.g.: ISO 9001, etc.).
- Process Documentation.
- Identifying areas to improve and introducing process improvements.
- Check for possible cost savings initiatives and ensure continuous process improvements.
- Maintaining documents and templates for process transitions and process documentation
- Time Study analysis and data gathering for new projects.
What you’ll need to succeed
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in transaction quality, process improvement and documentation, and exposure to quality management systems
- Good at analytics and communication
