Training Executive

Your new role

● Conducting technical training sessions for new and existing staff
● Conduct trainings analysis and identify training gaps/requirements
● Design training modules
● Updating existing staff on relevant changes
● Review and maintain training logs
● Review and update client specifications/requirements
● Closely monitor staff progression in terms of the learning curve

What you’ll need to succeed

● Degree in Business Management/Accounting
● CA/ACCA/CIMA Strategic Level
● Previous experience in Business Process Management sector would be an advantage
● Experience in working with Australian Clients
● Strong communication & presentation skill
● Ability of self-learning
● Good inter-personal skills
